Mr. Cherukuri Sasidhar

Mr. Cherukuri Sasidhar is the founder of Archimedes group, an architecture firm that has specialized in creating healthcare infrastructure over the past 3 decades, since 1995. With extensive experience in national and international healthcare projects, Mr. Sasidhar Cherukuri leads a multidisciplinary team that provides comprehensive services ranging from Business Planning, Concept Development (and Architecture), Medical Equipment Planning, Construction Project Management and Operational Management. Under his leadership, Archimedes has established itself as one of India’s premierfirms exclusively focusing on Healthcare Infrastructure successfully executing Hospital projects, Medical Centres, and Research Institutes around the globe.

Mr. Gopi Reddy

With an MBA from Andhra University and an Executive General Management Program from IIM Bangalore, Mr. Gopi Reddy brings over 21 years of expertise in insurance, healthcare and IT Operations Management. His experience encompasses visibility enhancement, service outage prevention, and the maximisation of operational agility. He has a proven track record in managing the Indian operations for the U.S.-based IT consulting firms, overseeing recruitment, client escalation, compliance, and project delivery. Mr. Gopi Reddy has successfully built strong relationships with Fortune 500 clients.

Mr. Arvind Raghunathan

Arvind Raghunathan is a seasoned investment professional and the visionary founder of Aravandrud Capital. With over a decade of experience in the finance industry, Arvind has established a reputation for his strategic insight and commitment to delivering value to investors. Under his leadership, Aravandrud Capital has grown into a respected firm known for its innovative approaches to asset management and investment strategies. He is co-founder of APIC Group a leader in large-scale infrastructure development across India. He has been instrumental in landmark projects like Bangalore’s $3.6 billion Peripheral Ring Road, enhancing urban connectivity.

Dr. Manish Shah is a distinguished orthopedic surgeon with over 25 years of experience specializing in joint replacement and arthroplasty. Based in Ahmedabad, he serves as a consultant at Shah Hospital and has completed advanced fellowships in Russia and Canada. Dr. Shah is also an advisor to Arthro 3D, a med-tech company, and holds several patents in orthopedic surgery. With numerous awards and publications to his name, he is a highly respected figure in his field and a frequent speaker at national and international medical conferences.

Dr. Manjul Jhospura

Dr. Manjul Joshipura is a renowned global health leader with over 30 years of experience spanning both public and private sectors. As Senior Vice President at Cadila Pharmaceuticals, he leads R&D, innovation, and new product development. Previously, he served as a Senior Scientist at the World Health Organization, where he played a pivotal role in advancing trauma care systems worldwide. Dr. Joshipura has collaborated extensively with governments, international organisations, and donor agencies on health policy and research. He also serves on the boards of prominent health foundations and has been awarded several prestigious fellowships.

Dr. Deepa Banker

Dr. Deepa Banker is a compassionate and dedicated neonatologist with over 30 years of experience, having led as the Professor and Head of the Pediatrics Department at Smt. NHL Municipal Medical College. She is a trailblazer in improving neonatal care in India, especially through her pioneering work with Kangaroo Mother Care (KMC) for low birth weight infants. Dr. Banker has not only helped shape national guidelines but has also established follow-up clinics in some of the country’s top hospitals. Her heartfelt commitment to the well-being of newborns has earned her widespread recognition both nationally and internationally. Beyond her clinical work, she continues to inspire through her research and numerous publications in the field of neonatology and paediatric health.

Dr. Alay S. Banker

Dr. Alay S. Banker is a renowned vitreoretinal surgeon and uveitis specialist with a distinguished career in ophthalmology. As the Director of Banker’s Retina Clinic & Laser Centre in Ahmedabad, he has led cutting-edge treatments for retinal diseases and uveitis. Recognized globally for his contributions, Dr. Banker has received numerous prestigious awards from the American Academy of Ophthalmology and other institutions. His expertise extends to international collaborations, and he has been instrumental in advancing telemedicine for retinopathy of prematurity in Gujarat.
